Back Porch Candle Co. started the way most meaningful things do — not with a business plan, but with a conviction. A family business built on the belief that the products we bring into our homes should be made with care, from ingredients we can trust, by hands that take pride in every pour.
Rooted in Loveland, Colorado, we've been hand-pouring soy candles since 2018. Every small batch, every seasonal scent, every pour has been guided by a commitment that has never wavered: to make candles worthy of the moments they're a part of.
Colorado shapes everything we do. The crisp mountain air, the wide open seasons, the unhurried rhythm of life out here — you'll find all of it in our scents. From the deep pine of Colorado Blue Spruce to the golden warmth of Colorado Sunset, every candle we make is a little piece of the place we love most.

Never Mass Produced.
We chose soy wax from the beginning and we've never looked back. It burns cleaner, longer, and truer than paraffin — no black soot, no harsh chemicals, no compromise. Just a pure, even burn that carries our fragrance oils the way they were meant to be carried.
Every candle is poured by hand in small batches. That's not a marketing phrase — it's just how we work. Small batches mean attention to detail. They mean we can smell every pour, catch every imperfection, and stand behind every candle that leaves our hands.
We use lead-free cotton wicks, premium fragrance oils, and nothing we wouldn't be comfortable burning in our own homes. Because we do burn them in our own homes. That's the simplest quality standard we know.
